  • Our inventory is warehoused in Pakistan and dispatched directly from there to your UK address

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed delays may occur due to customs, postal services, or circumstances beyond our control
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout

7. Returns and refunds

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving a reason.

  • Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags attached
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
  • Sale items and personalised products may not be eligible for return. This will be clearly indicated on the product page
