Shipping Policy
We ship exclusively within the United Kingdom. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we process, dispatch, and deliver your order.
- UK only: We do not ship internationally
- 1–3 days: Order processing time
- 10–14 days: Delivery after dispatch
- Tracked: Every order ships with tracking
1. Where we ship
We ship exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We do not currently offer international shipping. If your delivery address is outside the UK, your order will be cancelled, and a full refund will be issued.
2. Where your order ships from
Our inventory is stored at a dedicated warehousing facility in Pakistan, a globally recognised hub for high-quality textile manufacturing. All orders are dispatched directly from this facility to your UK delivery address. While our registered office is in Essex, UK, your parcel will originate from Pakistan and pass through international postal and customs channels before arriving at your door.
3. Order processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day
- You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been sent
- During peak periods (e.g. sale events, holidays), processing may take slightly longer. We will communicate any delays
4. Delivery timeframes
Once dispatched from our warehouse, estimated delivery to UK addresses takes 10–14 working days.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and courier workload.
5. Customs and import
As parcels are dispatched from Pakistan, they are subject to UK customs clearance. In most cases, orders pass through customs without issue. However, delays can occasionally occur during this process and are outside our control.
- We declare all shipments accurately in compliance with UK customs regulations
- Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer, though these are rarely applied for personal clothing orders below standard thresholds
- If a parcel is held by customs, we will assist you in resolving the situation as quickly as possible
6. Order tracking
Every order includes a tracking number. Here is how to use it:
- Dispatch email: Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your unique tracking number
- Track your parcel: Use the tracking number on the relevant courier’s website to follow your parcel in real time
- Contact us if needed: If tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, contact us and we will investigate
7. Failed delivery and incorrect address
- It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout
- If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply
- We are not responsible for parcels lost or delayed due to incorrect address information provided by the customer
8. Lost or delayed parcels
- If your parcel has not arrived within 25 working days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at info@thehoodies.co.uk
- We will open an investigation with the courier on your behalf
- If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will offer a full refund or a replacement shipment at no extra cost
- Parcels are not considered lost until 25 working days have passed from the dispatch date
9. Shipping charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and selected shipping method. The final shipping cost will always be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions. Keep an eye on our website for updates.
